We are building a dual-track platform: (i) strengthening our institutional base through an Abu Dhabi hub for brokerage, investor networks, and special situations; and (ii) developing Africa’s first regulated, tokenised government securities infrastructure to enable micro-investing (as low as $5–$10) into sovereign instruments.

Implementation is structured around parallel regulatory sandboxes in Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria, working with a leading Singapore-based regulated tokenisation platform, while we lead the architecture, governance, distribution strategy, and Africa–Asia partnership layer.

We are building a long-term corridor connecting African financial institutions, regulators, SMEs, and DFIs to Asia’s technology ecosystems and market access—creating a trusted bridge where none exists today.

The platform has three pillars: a Knowledge Academy (banking, leadership, innovation), a Trade-to-Asia Corridor (buyer/seller pipelines and SME export enablement), and Tech Transfer & Implementation (fintech, payments, cloud, and core systems modernisation).

We are developing an Africa-wide venture-creation engine embedded inside industry—helping experienced professionals from banks, telcos, logistics, and energy companies become founders of investable startups.

The model combines corporate-embedded incubators (3–6 months), venture residencies, and structured fundraising pathways with Africa–Asia investor access—creating a repeatable pipeline from talent to ventures to scale capital.

We are advancing a billion dollar (first-phase US$100m) lake-and-basin transformation corridor that unlocks logistics, irrigation, energy nodes, SEZ readiness, and tourism—designed to reduce structural cost penalties and strengthen national and regional resilience.

Delivery is anchored by strong programme governance (PMU + ring-fenced SPV, PRGs, and liquidity reserves), with regional alignment and a blended-finance take-out pathway; targeted blended IRR is 11–13%.

We are supporting the development and financing of a long-term, globally strategic infrastructure platform in the nuclear fuel-cycle—positioning Africa to participate credibly in a solution that underpins reliable baseload power and energy-transition diplomacy.

Our role focuses on governance and institutional de-risking: investor integration, escrowed milestones, strict KYC, and SPV structuring, alongside a financing architecture for large-scale delivery (illustrative project size ~US$250m with multi-decade annuity-style revenues).

We are leading a 24-month regeneration pilot in mining-impacted communities that combines health, environmental restoration, livelihood creation, cultural renewal, and community governance—moving beyond enforcement to scalable regeneration.

Delivery includes Community Regeneration Councils, bamboo-based green value chains and watershed restoration, plus wellbeing and cultural stewardship—creating income pathways and repair that can attract climate-finance over time
